5.8.6 Mounting the Chest Tube Drainage Hanger

Drainage Hanger
Mounting and Disengaging the Chest
Tube Drainage Hanger:
1. Loosen the mounting screw on the
mounting block.
2. Place the Chest Tube Drainage
Hanger in position on the rail as
seen in Figure 74.
3. Tighten the mounting screw.
4. To disengage the Chest Tube
Drainage Hanger from the rail,
loosen the mounting screw.
CAUTION:-
Ensure the chest drainage
bottles are properly hung
from the drainage hanger.

Mounting and Disengaging the
Tubing management Arm:
1. Loosen the mounting screw on
the mounting block.
2. Place the Tubing management
arm in position on the rail as
seen in Figure 75.
3. Tighten the mounting screw.
4. To disengage the Tubing
management arm from the rail,
loosen the mounting screw.
CAUTION:-
Ensure the tubings have
no kinks when placed in
Tubing management arm.
