STEP 3:
TRIM INSTALLATION
Your built-in oven is packed with a shipping base pad
on the bottom of the unit. To protect the lower front tdm
from damage, do not remove unit from base pad until
ready to Install In cabinet. The oven door must be
removed before you are ready to Install the oven. Make
electdcai connections and then follow steps 3A, 3B,
and 3C.
Make sure you do not Up the unit forward dudng
installaUon or you may bend the lower trim.
3A:
Remove the oven door.
Open the door to the stop position (See Fig. 4A).
• Grasp the dour at each side and lift up and off the
hinges (See Fig. 4B).
CAUTION:
When the door is removed and
hinge arms are at stop position,
do not bump or try to move the
hinge arms. The hinges could
snap back causing an injury to the
hands or damage to the porcelain
on the front of the range. Cover
the hinges with toweling or empty
towel rolls while working in the
oven area.

Your built-in oven is pocked with • shipping base
pad on the bottom of the unit. The lower front tdm
is shipped separately and should not be USed until you
are ready to install the oven with the door removed.
1. Remove the oven door us shown in step 3A of
the installation instructions packed with your
oven,
2. After door is removed, attaCh lower tdm to front
frame with three Phillips head screws provided, and
to side tdm with two #20 torx head screws provided.
(See FI0. S).
3. Nextm follow steps 3B end 3C on page 7 of your
installation Instructions to secure the oven to
the oabinet cutout and rer3ace the oven door.

A CAUTION:
The bottom trim provides amopen-
ing for cooling air to enter the
cabinet, This opening should
never he blocked.

Do not lift oven or oven door by
handle. Door glass breakage or
handle damage may occur.
