UR Family Firmware 5.80 - Release Notes 7
E The Fault Report element has been enhanced to accommodate neutral current values
Products: C60, D30, D60, F35, F60, L30, L60, L90
Corrected firmware: 5.80
Description: The Fault Report element is now able to capture and show pre-fault and fault phasors
(magnitude and angle values) of the neutral current. This implementation makes analysis of fault events
easier.
GE tracking number: 580-22
N New self-test FlexLogic operand has been added to indicate a “Brick Trouble” condition
Products: B30, C30, C60, C70, D30, D60, F35, F60, G30, G60, L30, L90, M60, N60, T35, T60
Corrected firmware: 5.80
Description: “Brick Trouble” is a self-reset minor self-test warning message available on UR devices when
configured with the IEC61850 Process Bus module (HardFiber Brick). The message activates the “Any self-
tests” and “Any minor error” operands. With firmware version 5.80, a new operand “Brick Trouble” has
been created to specifically identify this self-test alarm. Like any other FlexLogic operand, this new
operand is available to be used across the full range of protection and control elements (FlexLogic, digital
elements, and so on).
