Outer Tub Assembly Removal
WARNING: The outer tub assembly is heavy and requires two people to
remove it from the washer cabinet. Care should be taken when removing
and installing the outer tub assembly.
• After removing the top cover, control panel, front panel and back cover,
drain the washer using the pump drain hose.
• Disconnect the blue and red wires from the heater. Remove both wires
from the wire guide.
• Remove the Phillips-head screw that attaches the motor wire harness
clamp to the heater shield.
