Telephone numbers and names can be stored in the phone book.
This is held both on the SIM and in the phone memory. It allows
you to store frequently used numbers so that you can easily
make a call without having to remember or enter the telephone
number. You can search and recall numbers in order to make a
call, send a message or use an entry as an emergency contact.
The phone book can contain at least 2000 entries. If you try to
add a new entry when all the memory is filled, a warning message
will be displayed. You will need to delete an existing entry in
order to add the new telephone number. The contacts saved in
the SIM card memory are indicated by 1 or 2. The advantage
of saving to SIM means you can transfer the information to
another telephone.
