4. Put new actuator 1 on valve body 3.
5. Tighten union nut 2 clockwise to tightening torque A.

6. Screw sealing plug 1 with O-ring into actuator 2.
7. Tighten sealing plug 1 to tightening torque B.

CAUTION
Foreign matter
▶ Damage to the valves.
● If the plant is new and after repairs, rinse the piping sys-
tem with the valves fully open.
ð The plant operator is responsible for selecting the clean-
ing material and performing the procedure.
• Clean the product with a damp cloth.
• Do not clean the product with a high pressure cleaning
device.
