MEM button. Used to: a) Manually store displayed reading(s) in meter’s
internal memory at indicated location number; b) Begin automatic logging
of three-axis EMF readings onto MicroSD card at selected sampling time,
and c) Erase contents of meter’s internal memory and contents of
MicroSD card.
READ button. Recalls manually stored EMF readings in chronological or
reverse chronological order.
Arrow (, and ) buttons and (enter) button. Arrow buttons
used to: a) Navigate memory locations; b) Change sampling time and day
and time values; and c) Move left and right between day and time fields.
Enter button used to: a) Save settings; b) Enter day and time setting
mode; and c) Exit automatic data logging and internal memory read
modes.
Mini-USB jack. For exporting data logs stored on MicroSD card to PC.
Jack for optional AC adaptor 4GB MicroSD card (under batteries)

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALL BATTERIES
1. Turn the meter over and lift the flip-up stand. Carefully
squeeze its arms toward each other just below the stand’s
hinges (Callout 15 of figure on the previous page) until the
pin at the end of each arm comes out of its mounting hole
on the housing. Remove the stand and set it aside.
2. Use a coin (a dime or a penny) or a flat-head screwdriver
to loosen the single screw securing the battery
compartment cover (Callout 14). Remove the screw and
cover and set them aside. Take care not to lose the screw.
3. Before you install the batteries, carefully lift the top half of
the paper strip with battery markings exposed by the
removal of the battery compartment cover (see top right
photo).
Note the MicroSD card pre-installed in a metal bracket
underneath (see right photo).
