11. Warranty
All tools purchased after 1st May 2013 come with a 24-month warranty, 12 months for batter-
ies. In each case, the conditions set out in the instruction manual shall apply (proof by invoice
or delivery note).
Damage attributed to natural wear and tear, overloading, use of unsuitable batteries or inex-
pert handling will be excluded from the warranty. Damage resulting from material or manu-
facturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Claims can only be accepted if the
complete (not disassembled) blind rivet setting tool is returned to the supplier or GESIPA
®
.
