6. Pump up the inner tube slightly.
7. Move the tyre to and fro around the circumference at right angles
to the direction of travel. Ensure that the tyre is positioned evenly
on the rim and that the inner tube is not visible at any point.
8. Inflate the tyre up to the prescribed air pressure
(see tyre wall).
9. Mount the wheel in accordance with section 13.1.2,
Install the front wheel or 13.1.4, Install the rear wheel.
10. Check the tyres.
