Troubleshooting/ FAQ
The appliance doesn’t work.
Check if the power cord connected properly.
Check if the front panel closed properly.
The red air quality light always stays
the same.
The air quality senor may be influenced by water
vapor, fumes, sprays. Try to relocate the machine
to other room for testing.
The air quality senor is dirty. Clean the air quality
sensor (See p9, Body of the appliance)
Abnormal smells
Check if the filter has been out of effect or absorb
pollutants for releasing smells. Replace for new
filters.
The appliance still indicates that I need
to replace a filter, but I already did.
Plug in the appliance, switch on the machine and
press the SLEEP button for 5 second for reset and
turn off the alert.
Why the filter indicator light keeps
flashing?
Please change new filters and reset. To reset the
filter, plug in the appliance, switch on the machine
and press the SLEEP button for 5 second for reset
and turn off the alert.
Can the filters be cleaned?
Only the pre-filter is washable. All other filters are
NOT washable.
When I should change the filters?
You can wash the pre-filter with water every month
(depends on consumption and indoor air quality).
Germagic HEPA filter and Deformaldehyde cold
catalyst filter: the pre-set filter consumption alert is
3,000 hours. We recommend user to change the
2 filters together.
