Additional functions (apps)
The mobile phone makes available many useful functions as apps. You can
download more apps from the KaiOS shop.
The apps are available from the main menu. The menu display and the order
of apps within the
menu are configurable (
 p. 21).
Shop
To extent the functionality of the phone, you can load more apps from the
KaiOS shop.
  Shopping  OK
The apps are categorised.
To switch between categories:
 press the Control key
Select an app in a category:
 Press the Control key  Select
Browser
The app opens the browser on the phone. Use the Control key to navigate
within the Internet page shown.
  Browser  OK  Select an option (such as Internet search)
 OK  enter the Internet address (URL)  Go
News
The app displays important news from across the world. Use the Control key
to navigate within the news page shown.
  News  OK  Select the region  Next  Select the cate-
gories
 Done . . . The news from the category selected is displayed
 Select the news  Select
Preview/next news:
 Previous/Next
Cancel the display
 press the End key
Manually refresh the news:
 Refresh
An Internet connection is available.
