Enter a message:
 Notes  Enter the text  Enter
Save an appointment:
 Save
Finding appointments
  Calendar  OK  Options  OK  Search  OK  Enter the
search text
 Back
Deleting/editing appointments
  Calendar  OK  Look for an appointment or select it using
 OK
Change an appointment:
 Edit  Select the field you want to edit  Change the entry  Save
Delete an appointment:
 Delete  OK  Delete
Using more than one calendar
If you have more than one Internet account, you can specify Link in their
calendars.
Selecting the calendars to display
  Calendar  OK  Options  Calendar to Display  OK . . . The
phone calendar and all available calendar accounts are displayed

Select the calendar(s)
 OK  Save . . . Only the appointments for the
accounts selected are shown
Adding an account
  Calendar  OK  Options  Settings  OK  Add an
account
 Select the account type  If required, set up the account or
log into it
Set the interval for synchronisation:
 Sync calendar  OK  Select the interval or Manually  OK
Specify whether and when you want to be reminded about the appointment:
 Events Reminder  OK  Select the time for the reminder or None
(max. 1 day beforehand)
 OK
 All-day Events Reminder  OK  Select the time for the reminder or
None (max. 2 weeks beforehand)
 OK
Days for which an appointment exists are denoted by a “.” in the
weekly and monthly views.
