Why does the fan stop during operation in my Giorik GM0311E Oven?
If the fans in your Giorik Oven stop during operation, first check if the stop is temporary (within 20 seconds) due to the normal operation of the appliance, as the fan motor automatically reverses direction every 3 minutes with 20-second intervals of standstill. If the fan stop is not temporary, turn off the appliance and wait for the thermal breaker of the motor to reset automatically. Also, make sure the cooling vents are not obstructed.
