Hose kinks
Low water pressure
1. Extend the hose and fully open the faucet to eliminate any kinks.
2. Make sure that the hose reel is installed high enough. A hose that is too low will rub
against the opening and cause kinks.
3. Be sure to pull out the hose as needed as opposed to all at once. Do not step on the hose
nore let the hose gather or tangle on the ground, as this may lead to kinks.
1. Remove the nozzle, checking the water pressure as you do so to ensure the pressure issue
is not related to the nozzle.
2. Fully extend the hose, check for kinks, and open the faucet completely for full water flow
to eliminate possible pinch points.
3. Connect the nozzle end of the hose to the faucet, making the water flow in the opposite
direction in the hose to clear any blockages.
MAINTENANCE
This may damage the hose reel and nozzle. Always walk the hose back to the hose reel at a
steady pace.
DO NOT ALLOW THE HOSE TO RETRACT AT HIGH SPEED UNASSISTED.
