OPERATION
Before using the Sure-Grip™ system, push each remote
control button to ensure the motor drive and Sure-Grip™
system are working correctly.
To remove light bulb:
NOTE: Allow light bulb to cool before placing suction head
over bulb.
Place suction head over center of light bulb in fixture
while keeping Sure-Grip™ body in line with socket.

Press grip/release button on remote control to acti-
vatesuction. You will hear a low-pitched buzzing
sound. (Figure 12)
Gently push the Sure-Grip™ system against the light
bulb until you hear a high-pitched buzzing sound. This
means the Sure-Grip™ has successfully attached onto
the light bulb.
NOTE: Make sure suction head is completely attached to
light bulb by gently pulling Sure-Grip™ system away from
bulb. If suction head releases, the Sure-Grip™ has not
attached onto the light bulb.
Press and hold the OUT button on remote control. The
motor drive will begin to unscrew the light bulb.

Release remote control OUT button once light bulb is
completely unscrewed from socket.
Remove bulb from socket and lower pole.
Grasp light bulb with your hand.
Press and hold grip/release button on Sure-Grip™ with
opposite hand for approximately three seconds until
suction is deactivated. Bulb will be released from the
Sure-Grip™ system. (Figure 13)

CAUTION:
If more than one unit is being used in the same loca-
tion, keep a minimum distance of 20 ft. between the
units to prevent interference of wireless remote con-
nections of one or both units.
