5.2.2.11 Modulation Test Mode (0xFC 0x03)
The Modulation Test Mode command requests the STX3 to enter the Modulation test mode. This will cause the STX3 to output
back-to-back test packets continuously for 30 seconds after which it will turn off the RF output and return to sleep mode.
