The STX3 has been so constructed that the product complies with
the requirement of Article 10(2) as it can be operated in at least one
Member State as examined and the product is compliant with
Article 10(10) as it has no restrictions on being put into service in all
of the EU except Ireland. The STX3 cannot be marketed in Ireland.
