If your Godox Camera Flash turns off unexpectedly, it might be due to the auto power-off feature. If the flash is set as a Transmitter, it will turn off after 90 seconds of inactivity. Press the shutter button halfway or any flash button to wake it up. If set as a Receiver, it will enter sleep mode after 60 or 30 minutes of idle operation; press any flash button to wake it up.

      Calvin RogersAug 7, 2025
If your Godox Camera Flash photos are underexposed or overexposed, it could be due to using high-speed sync, which reduces the effective flash range. Ensure your subject is within the displayed range. Alternatively, if you're using Manual Flash mode, switch to TTL or adjust the flash output accordingly.
