Can not remove the solder.

A. Remove the collected
solder inside nozzle tip
with the cleaning pin.

solder inside cartridge.

C. Replace the nozzle tip.

4. If any plastic part is deformed or a burnt smell is noticed, unplug your desoldering gun immediately and return it
to the distributor for service.
5. If your desoldering gun was dropped, check the above carefully. If there is a problem, do not use it and contact
your nearest distributor for service.
1. Check that there is voltage in the outlet and that the circuit breaker is not tripped.
2. Check that the power cord is not damaged. If it is damaged, do not use your desoldering gun and return it to
the distributor for service.
3. If 1. and 2. above are OK, follow the flow chart below to find the cause of the trouble to correct it quickly.
PROCEED AS FOLLOWS WHEN TROUBLE OCCURS :
