■使用上の注意
鉛フリーはんだは従来の鉛入りはんだと比べ、はんだ融点が高
いことや 金 属 の 侵 食 が 早いことが 知られています。そのことによ
り、 ノズ ル の 詰 まりが 発 生しや すくな り 吸 取 能 力 が 低 下 して き ま
す。性能を維 持するために十 分なメンテナンスを行ってください。
■メンテナンス
1. 終業時には、クリーニングピンでノズルの清掃を、必ず行ってくだ
さい。
2 . クリーニングピ ンを差し込むことが できなくなったら別 売 のクリー
ニングドリルをご使 用ください。
3 . スチールウール ･フィルターはこまめに交 換してください。
4. ノズル詰まりが解消できない場合は、ノズルを交換してください。
NOTES ON USING THE
LEAD-FREE SOLDER

NOTES FOR USERS
It is well known that lead-free solder has a higher melting
point and erodes metal(s) faster than conventional
eutectic solder. Due to this, lead-free solder can block
the nozzle of this gun and effect vacuum performance.
Regular cleaning should be carried out to ensure peak
performance.
■
MAINTENANCE
1. After operation， be sure to clean the nozzle using a
cleaning pin.
2. If the cleaning pin can no longer be inserted into the
nozzle, please purchase a pin vise.
3. Replace the steel wool and filter regularly.
4. Replace the nozzle, if solder cannot be removed.
