ONSCREEN SHORTCUTS
The video presets feature 4 default shortcuts, but you can swap
them out with any shortcuts you’d like.
To learn more, see Personalizing Your On-Screen Shortcuts (page
38).
Digital Lens
Tap the Digital Lens shortcut to choose the Wide, Linear, Linear
+ Horizon Lock/Leveling, SuperView, or HyperView lens. Some
lenses only work with select frame rates. If needed, your GoPro will
automatically adjust the frame rate when you switch lenses.
PRO TIP: Use the Linear + Horizon Lock/Leveling digital lenses to give
your videos the cinematic look of professional productions by keeping
the horizon straight and level.
To learn more, see Horizon Lock / Horizon Leveling (page 122).

HyperSmooth
The HyperSmooth shortcut lets you quickly choose your level of video
stabilization for your shot—O, On, or AutoBoost. HyperSmooth options
may vary based on the video resolution and frame rate selected.
PRO TIP: You can smooth out your footage even more by using Zoom to
crop your shots before you start recording. This will give your camera an
even bigger buer to use when stabilizing your video. Using the Linear +
Horizon Lock digital lens will also enhance stabilization.
To learn more, see HyperSmooth Video Stabilization (page 123).
Settings
The Settings shortcut takes you directly to the setting menu, where you'll
have access to all of the settings and features for the selected preset.
PRO TIP: You can also change your camera settings using
the GoPro Quik app.
