Draw a second rectangle with the same center by widening each side line by
0.08 in and cut out this lined area inside the marked line of the wider rectangle
to get the final dimensions for the wall opening.
4.
Slip the cardboard over the evaporator from behind until it is flush with the seal
plate of the refrigeration unit and mark the positions of the four drilling holes for
the fastening bolts.
5.
Mark the top edge of the refrigeration unit by drawing a line along the top edge
and remove the cardboard carefully.
6.
Drill the four holes in the marked positions of the cardboard.
7.
Cut the cardboard along the line that marks the top edge of the refrigeration
unit.
6.5.2 Preparing the installation area
WARNING!
Allow for fresh air and good air circulation.
If you install the refrigeration unit inside a building, make sure that a potential
leaking will not lead to the refrigerant (gas denser than air) accumulating on the
floor.
There is risk of suffocation.
WARNING!
Secure the trailer safely against moving, rolling and tilting forwards
backwards and sideways.
Sudden moving, rolling or tilting could cause slipping and tripping causing per-
sonal injury and death.
1.
Position trailer and refrigeration unit side by side on a dry and clean level
ground.
2.
Use wheel chocks and jacks to secure the trailer safely against moving, rolling
and tilting forwards backwards and sideways.
3.
Remove all obstacles from the installation area.
4.
Verify both the trailer‘s front wall and the refrigeration unit are positioned within
the range of the lifting device.
5.
Verify the trailer is in a completely level position.
6.
Prepare all required tools and parts and place them in a safe place easily ac-
cessible from the installation area.
