Trouble Shooting
Single Pushbutton station
Turn the power switch on, when the arm is down, the PLC Display will light Inputs 0 1 2 3 4 5
up indicating which inputs and outputs are on OOOOO O
Outputs OOOOOOO O

When you press the open button to raise the barrier, input 6 lights once and Inputs 0 1 2 3 4 5
Output 1 lights once. Both drop out once up limit switch is made
Input 3 turns off as arm is going up O OOOO O
Input 4 lights up and stays on

Reset loop to close
When the vehicle moves over the loop, Input 1 and output 0 light up as
the gate goes down. Input 4 drops out as the arm is going down, input 3
lights up when the down limit switch is made
