  If your Graco Paint Sprayer makes a sound but doesn't spray material, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the Prime Pump/Spray knob is in the SPRAY position and the spray tip is also in the SPRAY position. Check if the speed control is set too low and increase it until the unit sprays. Refill the FlexLiner if the material level is low, and prime the pump. Other potential causes include a FlexLiner in the cup support, issues with the cup cover, the cup assembly not being properly locked, air in the FlexLiner, a clogged VacuValve, a dirty sprayer, improperly installed outlet valves, a clogged spray tip, debris in the paint, or a plugged pump filter. In some cases, it might indicate that the pump has reached the end of its life, or there is a locked rotor condition.
