  If your Graco Paint Sprayer pump cycles but pressure doesn't build up, check the following: * The pump may not be primed. Prime the pump. * The inlet screen may be clogged. Clean any debris off the inlet screen. * The suction tube may not be immersed. Reposition the suction tube at the bottom of the paint pail. * The paint pail may be empty. Refill the paint pail and reprime the sprayer. * The suction tube may have a vacuum air leak. Tighten the suction tube connection and inspect for cracks or vacuum leaks. Replace if cracked or damaged.

Ensure the suction tube is fully immersed in the paint. Refill the paint pail if it's empty and re-prime the sprayer. Inspect the suction tube for air leaks, tightening the connection or replacing it if cracked. Try pressing the pump priming button two times.
