SETUP
START UP – FLUSHING
Connect hose to gun. Remove
red cap, connect hose to sprayer.
Securely tighten.

Follow pressure
relief procedure and wear
protective equipment
including but not limited to
protective eye wear.
SKIN INJECTION
HAZARD: Keep clear
of spray tip and leaks.
Engage trigger lock
when not spraying.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION
HAZARD: Follow
fi re and explosion
warnings as listed in
your manual.
Turn Power Switch OFF and plug
sprayer into grounded outlet.
Turn gun trigger lock to locked
position. Unthread spray tip
and guard assembly.
Separate small, clear drain tube
from large suction tube and place
into waste pail.
Turn Pressure Control Knob
to lowest setting.
Allow fl uid to fl ow out drain tube
for 30-60 seconds. Turn Power
Switch
OFF .
With the Prime/Spray Valve down to PRIME , press PushPrime
™
button twice,
turn Pressure Control Knob to Prime/Clean setting. Turn Power Switch ON .

Equipment Setup

Connect the hose to the gun and sprayer, ensuring a secure fit after removing the red cap.

Startup Flushing Procedure

Initial Power and Drainage

Suction Tube Placement

Prime and Flush

Set valve to PRIME, press PushPrime twice, set knob to Prime/Clean, turn power on, and flush for 30-60 seconds.

Startup Paint Filling

Fill Pump and Drain Tube

Submerge suction tube in paint, turn power ON, and wait for paint in drain tube before turning power OFF.

Fill Gun and Hose

Trigger gun into waste pail, set valve to SPRAY, turn power ON until paint appears, then turn power OFF.

Attach Spray Tip

Set Spray Pressure
