What to do if the poppet valve (12-NXT100) on my Graco N22DT0 Engine is leaking constantly through the poppet muffler (58-120206) exhaust?
    • M

If the poppet valve is stuck open and exhausting air through the muffler in mid-stroke, remove and clean the poppet valve. Ensure that the o-ring (12d) and back-up ring (12c) do not remain in the end cap castings prior to re-assembly.

      Guy HatfieldSep 2, 2025

How to fix slow motor reversal on Graco N22DT0 Engine?
    • C
      Christopher ChavezAug 31, 2025
Slow motor reversal is often caused by a plugged poppet muffler (58-120206) on the top cap plate (1), and/or a poppet muffler (58-120206) in the bottom motor cover (3). Replace the poppet muffler (58-120206) on the top cap plate (1), and/or the poppet muffler (58-120206) in the bottom motor cover (3-NXT302).

Why does my Graco N22DT0 motor run slow?
    • A
      Amy DayAug 26, 2025
A slow-running motor can be caused by icing or an inadequate air supply. External icing is normal. Try reducing the pressure, cycle rate, or duty cycle of the motor, and/or turn the de-icing control knob (62-NXT112) counter-clockwise to open. Also, increase the air supply and remove any restricting connecting devices. The air line should be a minimum size of 3/4 inch.

Why is air blowing out of the rear main motor exhaust on my Graco Engine?
    • S
      sandra88Aug 22, 2025
Air blowing out the rear main motor exhaust indicates a worn or damaged motor piston o-ring. Replace the motor piston o-ring (17) to fix this. Use models: 2200 -123196, 3400- 122434, or 6500- 122675.
