Why is air continuously exhausting from the muffler of my Graco Engine?
    • C
      Christine ClarkJul 28, 2025
Continuous air exhaust from the muffler of your Graco Engine can occur if the de-icing control is open. To resolve this, close the de-icing control using the knob or a flat blade screwdriver. Alternatively, the air valve carriage, plate, or seal might be damaged, requiring you to replace the carriage, plate, or seal.

How to fix icing on the muffler of Graco Engine?
    • C
      Christopher SmithAug 2, 2025
Icing on the muffler of your Graco Engine can be resolved by reducing the pressure, cycle rate, or duty cycle of the motor. You can also open the de-icing control using the knob or a flat blade screwdriver.

    Brian HallAug 5, 2025
What to do if the air motor of my Graco Engine will not run?
    • D
      David WolfeAug 5, 2025
If the air motor of your Graco Engine isn't running, it could be due to the DataTrak solenoid being engaged or damaged main air valve spool or poppets. In this case, rebuild the main air valve or replace the poppets. Another potential cause is a runaway, see Runaway on page 9.

Why is the motor reversal slow on my Graco Engine?
    • B
      Brittany JimenezAug 10, 2025
A slow motor reversal on your Graco Engine may be due to a plugged poppet muffler. Try removing the muffler and cleaning it.

    Lisa GarnerAug 14, 2025
Why is air continuously exhausting around the air motor shaft of my Graco Engine?
    • J
      Joshua BryantAug 14, 2025
Continuous air exhausting around the air motor shaft usually indicates a damaged air motor shaft seal. Replace the air motor shaft seal to resolve this issue.
  • V

What causes the air motor to 'bounce' at the bottom of the stroke in my Graco Engine?
    • V
      Vanessa HowardAug 19, 2025
If the air motor 'bounces' at the bottom of the stroke, it's likely due to a damaged top poppet. Replace the top poppet to fix this.

    • A
      Angela FarmerAug 22, 2025
If your Graco Engine's air motor 'bounces' at the top of the stroke, the bottom poppet is likely damaged. Replacing the bottom poppet should resolve the issue.
