To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:
• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the product or

• Weighs more than 15 lb (6.8 kg) (approximately 3 months of age).
• Child’s activity can move product. ALWAYS use on floor.
Never use on any elevated surface.
• Always use restraint system. Adjust belt as needed to get
a snug fit around your child.
• Never use for a child able to sit up unassisted.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• NEVER use this product as a means to transport an infant
in a motor vehicle.
• FALL HAZARD: The carrier can fall
from the shopping cart. Do not use
on shopping cart.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
- ONLY use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• When trapped between product and adjacent surfaces.
- Always attach the product at the identified locations. Always
use the bassinet when using the product.
- NEVER use seat in different product.
- NEVER use in contained areas (e.g. crib, play yard) or next to
vertical surfaces (e.g. walls and dressers).
• When product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over.
- Never use on a soft surface (e.g. bed, sofa, cushion).
• ALWAYS place child on back.
