What to do if my Graco ULTRA R MAX 695 309067 motor runs and pump strokes but there is no output?
    • L
      Lauren GallagherSep 1, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer has no output, but the motor runs and the pump strokes, try refilling and repriming the pump. Also, remove and clean the components, then reinstall them. Ensure that you tighten all connections, using thread sealant on the npt threads of the adapter fitting. Remove the intake valve and clean it, checking the ball and seat for nicks; replace as needed. Remember to strain the paint before using to remove particles that could clog the pump. Replace the packings, and check the piston valve seat for hardened paint or nicks, replacing if necessary. Tighten the packing nut. If the pump consistently comes to rest with the rod fully extended, the piston packings and/or piston valve may be worn, so service the pump.

How to troubleshoot electrical issues on a Graco ULTRA R MAX 695 309067 Paint Sprayer?
    • A
      Alan BrownSep 12, 2025
To address electrical issues with your Graco Paint Sprayer, start by tightening any loose connections. Replace any broken springs and/or align the spring with the brush. Clean the brush holders, removing carbon with a small cleaning brush, and align the brush leads with the slot in the brush holder to assure free vertical brush movement. Replace the brushes if they are less than 0.5 in. (12.5 mm) long. Correctly route the wires. Remove the motor and have a motor shop resurface the commutator if possible. Replace the motor if necessary. Replace any loose terminals, crimping them to the leads, and ensure that the male terminal blades are straight and firmly connected to the mating part. Replace the board, the power cord, or the ON/OFF switch as needed.
