*voltage may vary depending upon RPM.
**a properly functioning diode will show continuity in one
direction only. If the diode does not show continuity in either
direction, diode is open. Replace diode wire. If diode shows
continuity in both directions it is shorted. Replace diode wire.
(see operator's manual for the correct part number.)
