ENGINE STARTS, BUT DIES
WHEN LEVERS ARE BROUGHT IN OR PTO SWITCH IS ENGAGED
MODELS 718K and 720K NOTES:
If the engine will crank and
start, both steering switches,
PTO switch and the seat switch
are functioning properly. The
problem must be the brake
switch or the interlock module.

'OFF'. Remove
plug from back of
brake switch.
With an ohm
meter test
through the
brake switch on
the posts that
were connected
to the two yellow
wires (figure 32).
Does brake
switch read
closed circuit
(0 ohms)?
Replace parking
brake switch.
