INSTALL COUNTERWEIGHTS FIGURE 7
1. Attach weight plate assembly (item 13) onto the
footrest.
2. Install weight plate assembly (item 13) to front with
two .368/.373 x 3.25 clevis pins (item 21) and hair
pins (item 32).
3. Fasten counterweights (item 4) together with .31-18
x round head bolt (item 25), .406 x 1.50 x .245 flat
washer (item 22), and 5/16" wing knob (item 11).
INSTALL V-BELT ON BLOWER ASSEMBLY

There are three V-belts included in the bagger kit with a
part number on each V-belt:
• 52-inch mower deck V-belt (part number 07236200)
• 60-inch mower deck V-belt (part number
07213200).
• 66-inch mower deck V-belt (part number 07235800)
• 72-inch mower deck V-belt (part number 07239700)
NOTE: If needed, loosen (4) spindle mount bolts to install
belt. Tighten bolts after belt is installed.

Install Front Baffle and Finger Guard to Blower
Assembly
1. Choose the appropriate baffle according to figure 8.
2. Install baffle to blower assembly as shown in
figure 10.
Install Rear Baffle
1. Choose the appropriate baffle according to the
mower deck size as shown in figure 10.
2. Install baffle to blower assembly as shown in
figure 10.
NOTE: Choose the appropriate finger guard according to
the mower deck size:
CAUTION: Always install counterweights on
front axle before operating unit with bagger
attached. Always remove counterweights from
front axle when bagger is removed from the unit.
