RECONDITIONING
A. Gasket surfaces
Check all surfaces to be sure that they are free of all gasket
fragments and sealer materials. Surfaces must be free of
scratches or nicks.
B. Cylinder Bore
Diameter of standard cylinder is 3.2545 - 3.2535. Measure
the cylinder bore at two points 90° apart at the top and
bottom of the wear pattern to determine wear.
5. Lift the cylinder up off the crankcase and piston.
