Install ROPS
See Figure 3.
1. Slide the lower support tubes (item 1)
into ROPS brackets on unit frame and
secure with four 1/2 x 3" hex bolts (item
6), eight washers (item 7) and four 1/2"
top flange locking nuts (item 4)
(Figure 3). Do not completely tighten the
hardware.
2. Install two ROPS Hoop clips (item 5) into
the holes in the folding mounts.
3. Install upper hoop (item 1) on the lower
support tubes and secure with two 1/2-
13 x 3-1/2" hex bolts (item 2), two 1/2-13
top flange locking nuts (item 4) and two
ROPS pin/lanyard assemblies (item 3).
Tighten nuts until they just touch the
hinge plate. Do not overtighten.
4. Tighten the lower support tubes
mounting hardware from step 1 to 52-70
lbf.-ft.
