NOTES!
① As for modular indoor unit, if there are multiple outdoor unit modules, the master module must
be the first outdoor unit module on the communication line, and it must not connect to the
indoor unit (main module is set by SA8 of indoor unit main board).
② As for modular outdoor unit, if there are multiple outdoor unit modules, the indoor unit must be
connected to the last outdoor unit's slave module (slave unit is set by SA8 of indoor unit main
board).
③ The communication line and the power cord must be routed separately to avoid interference.
④ The communication line must be of suitable length and must not be connected.
⑤ The indoor unit must be connected in series, and the last indoor unit must be connected to the
communication matching resistor (provided in the outdoor unit parts list).
⑥ Please refer to the relevant manual for the centralized controller wiring method and settings.
3.9.6 Communication Connection Between Indoor Unit and Wired Controller
There are four types of connection between the indoor unit and wired controller, as shown in the
following figure:
