NOMS ET FONCTIONS DES BOUTONS DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE
REMARQUE: Cette télécommande est universelle. Elle pourrait être utilisée avec
plusieurs appareils. Les boutons apparaissant sur cette télécommande qui ne corre-
spondent pas à cet appareil ne seront pas décrits ci-dessous.
Télécommande
• Appuyez sur ce bouton pour activer
le mode «SLEEP». Appuyez une
autre fois pour désactiver le mode.
Lorsque l’appareil est éteint, le mode
«SLEEP» est désactivé. Le mode
«SLEEP» ne peut pas être activé en
mode «AUTO» et «FAN». « »
représente l’icône du mode «SLEEP».
• En mode «COOL» ou «DRY» :
lorsque l’appareil fonctionne en mode
«SLEEP» depuis une heure, la
température préréglée augmentera de
1°C (2°F). Lorsque l’appareil fonc-
tionne depuis deux heures, la
température préréglée augmentera de
2°C (4°F) et fonctionnera à cette
température.
• En mode «HEAT» : lorsque l’appareil
fonctionne en mode «SLEEP» depuis
une heure, la température préréglée
augmentera de 1°C (2°F). Lorsque
l’appareil fonctionne depuis deux
heures, la température préréglée
augmentera de 2°C (4°F) et
fonctionnera à cette température.

• En mode «COOL» ou «DEHUMIDIFY»,
appuyez sur ce bouton pour activer ou
désactiver le ventilateur («X-FAN»
apparaîtra ou disparaîtra de l’écran).
Lorsque l’appareil est allumé pour la
première fois, «X-FAN» est désactivé
par défaut. Cette fonction n’est pas
possible en mode «AUTO», «FAN» ou
«HEAT».
Remarque:«X-FAN» signifie la même
chose que «BLOW».
• Appuyez sur ce bouton pour que
«LIGHT» apparaisse à l’écran.
Lorsque la fonction « LIGHT » est
activée, l’icône « » et le voyant
lumineux apparaissent à l’écran.
Lorsque la fonction «LIGHT» n’est
pas activée, l’icône
« » et le voyant lumineux
n’apparaissent pas à l’écran.

NOTE: This is a universal remote control and can be used for different units. The buttons
that do not apply to this unit will not be described below.
Remote control
• Press this button once to activate the
SLEEP mode. Press again to turn
SLEEP off. The sleep function is can-
celled when the unit is turned off. The
SLEEP mode cannot be set in the
AUTO and FAN modes. “ ” is the
icon for the SLEEP mode.
• In the COOL or DRY mode: When the
SLEEP mode has run for 1 hour, the
temp. setting will increase by 1°C
(2°F). When it has run for 2 hours,
the temp. setting will increase by 2°C
(4°F) and then will run at this
temperature setting.
• In the HEAT mode: When the SLEEP
mode has run for 1 hour, the temp.
setting will decrease by 1°C (2°F).
When it has run for 2 hours, the temp.
setting will decrease by 2°C (4°F) and
then it will maintain this temperature
setting.

Sleep button
• Press this button in the COOL or
DEHUMIDIFY mode to turn X-FAN on
or off (“X-FAN” will appear on or disap-
pear from the screen). When the unit is
first turned out, the default setting is
X-FAN off. This function cannot be set
under AUTO, FAN or HEAT mode.
Note: X-FAN means the same as BLOW.
• Press this button to turn the display
LIGHT on or off. When the LIGHT is
on, the “ ” icon will be displayed
and the indicator light on the display
will be on. When the LIGHT is off, the
“ ” icon will disappear and all the
indicator lights on the display will be
off.
