High Pressure Protection of System
Status:
During cooling & dehumidifying, indoor unit
operates while other functions stop; During
heating operation, complete unit stops
1. Refrigerant overcharge
2. Dirty outdoor coil
3. Blockage of airow
4. Outdoor ambient too high
Fault & Status Possible Causes
High Pressure switch abnormal
Replace Outdoor
Main Board
Refer to instruction manual of
indoor unit
Completely open all valves
Close the panel
Remove the barrier
Measure the fan motor input
Measure swing motor signal input
Refer to care and maintenance
Replace pressure
switch
Check inlet and outlet of main pipes
connecting each indoor unit and capillary of
indoor and outdoor units. Replace the parts
such as lter, etc as needed.
High Pressure Protection
Verify high pressure with gauge
Check mode of indoor unit setting
Check if gas and liquid valves are open
Check if panel of outdoor unit is rmly closed
Check air ow of indoor and outdoor units for
obstructions
Check for indoor and outdoor fan operation
Check operation of swing louver
Check indoor lter and coils for dirt
System piping is blocked
