These safety instructions give a quick overview of the
safety precautions to be taken in connection with any
work on this product. Observe these safety
instructions during handling, installation, operation,
maintenance, service and repair of this product.
These safety instructions are a supplementary
document, and all safety instructions will appear
again in the relevant sections of the installation and
operating instructions. Keep these safety instructions
at the installation site for future reference.

General information
Read this document before you install the
product. Installation and operation must
comply with local regulations and accepted
codes of good practice.
The use of this product requires experi-
ence with and knowledge of the product.
Persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities must not use this prod-
uct, unless they are under supervision or
have been instructed in the use of the
product by a person responsible for their
safety. Children must not use or play with
this product.
Warnings against hazards involving risk of death

Receiving the product
The weight of the product is stated on the packaging.

‐ Use lifting equipment which is ap-
proved for the weight of the product.
‐ Use a lifting method suitable for the
weight of the product.
‐ Do not lift the product by lifting it in the
packaging inlay.

Mechanical installation

‐ Make sure that no one can accidentally
come into contact with hot or cold sur-
faces.

‐ Before starting any work on the prod-
uct, make sure that the power supply
has been switched off and that it can-
not be accidentally switched on.
‐ The pump must be connected to an ex-
ternal all-pole main switch according to
local regulations.
‐ The product must be earthed and pro-
tected against indirect contact in ac-
cordance with local regulations.
‐ Wires connected to supply terminals,
must be separated from each other
and from the supply by reinforced insu-
lation.
