4.10 Fault finding overview
Start the pump and allow it to run for a minimum of 5 minutes with the tap turned on. Then observe how the
system reacts.
Typical faults
If the tap is opened
too quickly, there
will be no alarm
indication.
If the flow is lower
than 1.2 l/min., the
pump does not
start and there will
be no alarm indica-
tion.

Water comes out of
the tap, but the
pump stops every
15 seconds for a
short period and
starts again right
away. The alarm
