4. Installation
32 PNEG-2381 2000 Series U-Trough Bin Sweep Auger Unload System (72' - 78')
Powerhead Shaft, Motor Plate
1. Make sure the flighting is pushed fully towards gearbox.
2. Install the motor plate assembly (70) on the top of the powerhead (67), secure with three nuts and
bolts removed previously. (See Figure 4AM.)
3. Secure the shifter handle bracket (71) with two nuts (14) and bolts (5).
4. Install the powershield plate assembly (65) and secure with six nuts (14) and bolts (6).
5. Attach polyshield to hinges (no hardware required).
