What to do if Hach sension1 show a Cal slope error?
    • E
      Elizabeth WoodAug 2, 2025
If your Hach Measuring Instruments display an error with 'ERROR' and 'SLOPE', it indicates the calibration slope is too high or low. To resolve this, ensure you are using the correct pH buffers. Also, verify that a pH probe is properly connected to the meter and disconnect any other probe connected to the BNC connector.

Why do Hach sension1 Measuring Instruments show a Cal Std Error?
    • L
      lfrazierAug 18, 2025
If your Hach Measuring Instruments display 'ERROR, ENTER, CAL and Standard', it means the value read is incompatible with the calibration algorithm. Make sure that you didn't measure one buffer twice and that the correct buffers were used. If you did, repeat the calibration with new buffers.
