Bitte lösen Sie den Verstellknopf (15). Das Lenkerstützrohr (2)
und die Rückenlehne (10) bitte wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ein-
klappen. Nun können Sie Ihren Heimtrainer einfach hochstellen.
The plum adjusting knob(15) is loosened, the front post(2)
and the back rest tube (10) are folded to the appropriate
position. Next you can raise up the Hometrainer.
