  Your Hanseatic Washer might not be receiving water for these reasons: the valve is closed (open valve), the washing drum and/or appliance lid are not closed properly (close the washing drum and/or appliance lid properly), there is a kink in the water inlet hose (check water inlet hose; dismantle if necessary and re-align), or the water inlet hose is clogged (clean the filter on the water inlet hose), or filter on inlet is clogged (clean the filter on the inlet).
