This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential
personal injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that
follow this symbol to avoid possible injury or death.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
1. Skin or eye damage may result from
directly viewing the light produced by the
lamp in this apparatus. Always disconnect
power before relamping or servicing.
2. Install product at minimum 20ft distance
from spaces with continuous, 8-hour
human activities so that people are not
continuously exposed to UV.
3. Use extension cord marked SJW-A,
SJEW-A, or SJTW-A only.
4. Use only extension cords which have plugs
and receptacles which accept the product’s
plug. Replace or repair damaged cords.
5. The electrical rating of the extension cord must be
as great as the electrical rating of the product.
6. Product should only be connected to a circuit that is
protected by a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI).
7. Don’t Abuse Cord - Never carry product by
cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle.
Keep cord from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
8. Disconnect the product from the power supply
when not in use, before servicing, when
changing bulbs, cleaning, and similar actions.
9. Do not insert foreign objects into this product.
10. Do not mount the unit on house, other
buildings, on decks or near heat, gas,
oil or other flammable materials.
11. Maintain labels and nameplates on the
product. These carry important safety
information. If unreadable or missing, contact
Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
12. This product is not a toy. Keep it
out of reach of children.
13. The warnings, precautions, and instructions
discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations
that may occur. It must be understood by the
operator that common sense and caution are
factors which cannot be built into this product,
but must be supplied by the operator.
