Fault Probable cause Control / remedy
Clean all filters.
Check by turning agitation off/on.
Check tightness / gaskets / O-rings
of all fittings on suction side.
Turn agitation off.
Reduce pump r/min.
Ensure returns inside tank are
present.
Use foam damping addative.
Replace. See Changing of valves
and diaghragms.
Pressure filters
beginging to clog.
Agitation nozzles
clogged.
Air is being sucked
into system.
Excessive liquid
agitation.
Damaged diaphragm.
Pressure
