Generating Mission Plan Files
• The Mission Plan files will be saved to the computers
Desktop and/or to an attached radio.
•On the Generate Mission Plans window, a file name can be entered. The
default will be the station name with Unnamed added to it.
• Select the Transfer Locations. The default will be the Desktop. If a radio is
plugged into the USB port, the radios will be a location also. It will have its serial
number listed in the name. The radio Cipher switch must be in the CT or PT
position for the radio to be shown. Additional locations can be added.
• Click on the Generate Mission Plan button in the lower left. The window will
close and a Programming Status will appear in the bottom center of the CPA
indicating each file being started then completed.
• Once the Mission Plan files are created and the CPA is no longer needed, the
entire plan can be save like any other windows based program. Click on File
then Save As… The files are saved with a .hcpa file extension.
