Lenklager wechseln
1. Bauen Sie den Sitz ab, um den Steuersatz einfacher und
bequemer zu wechseln. Lösen Sie die Sitzbespannung auf
der Rückseite und unter dem Sitz. Drücken Sie die beiden
Sitzrohre auseinander. Ziehen Sie sie aus der Führung heraus.
2. Lösen Sie die Kopfmutter (1) mit einem Gabelschlüssel 32
mm. Nehmen Sie den Distanzring ab.
3. Lösen Sie die Konusmutter (2) mit einem Gabelschlüssel 32
mm.
4. Entfernen Sie die Laufbahn (3) und den Nadellagerkranz
(4). Legen Sie den Lenker (5) zur Seite. Achten Sie darauf
das der Lenker nicht beschädigt wird. Entfernen Sie nun die
Lagerschale (6), den oberen Nadellagerkranz sowie die obere
Laufbahn.
5. Tauschen Sie die Nadellagerkränze aus.
Hinweis:
Schmieren Sie die Nadellagerkränze ausreichend mit festem
Schmierstoff, bevor Sie den Steuersatz zusammen bauen.
Replacing the handlebar bearing
1. Remove the seat from the frame clamp to change the handle-
bar bearing easier and more comfortable. Unfasten the seat
cover behind and beneath the seat. Push the two seat tubes
(1) apart. Pull them out of the sockets.
2. Loosen the head nut (1) with a 32mm wrench. Remove the
spacer ring.
3. Loosen the cone nut (2) with a 32mm wrench.
4. Remove the bearing track and the needle bearing. Put down
the handlebar. Be careful not to damage the handlebar. Now
remove the bearing shell, theupper needle bearing and the
upper bearing track.
5. Replace the needle bearings.
Note:
Lubricate the needle bearings (5) sufficiently with a solid
lubricant before assembling the hadnlebar bearing.
