3. Safety Distances
Theindicatedsafetydistancesapplytoammable
materialsormaterialswithammablepartswitha

Forparticularlytemperature-sensitivematerialslike
glass,largerdistancesmaybenecessary.
Withinaradiusof100cm infront ofand45cm
aroundthestove,ammable,combustible,orheat-
sensitivematerials(e.g.furniture,woodorplastic
panelling,curtains,etc.)arenotallowedtobelo-
catedintheheatradiatingareaofthereboxwin-
dow(g.1).
Outsidetheradiationareaofthere boxwindow,
asafetydistanceof15cmtoammablematerials
is to comply sideways and behind the stove
(g. 1). Above the stove, the safety distance of
50cmtoammablematerialshastobecomplied
with(g.2).
No ammable or temperature-sensitive materials
maybepresent within a radius of 20 cm around
theuepipeconnection(wallorroomceiling).

laminate, carpeting,) must be protected
