      If the base food holding area of your Hatco Food Warmer isn't hot enough, there are several possible causes: * The temperature control might be set too low. Try adjusting it to a higher setting. * The Base Power I/O (on/off) Toggle Switch might be in the O (off) position. Ensure it is moved to the I (on) position. * There might be excessive air movement around the unit. Restrict or redirect air movement away from the unit or install flip-up doors to contain heat and block airflow.

    Why Hatco Food Warmer has no heat and no light?

      If your Hatco Food Warmer has no heat and no light, it could be due to the following reasons: * The power might be turned OFF. Make sure to move the Power I/O (on/off) switch(es) to the I (on) position. * The circuit breaker might have tripped. Reset the circuit breaker. If it continues to trip, it may indicate a more serious issue.
